First prize (two half dozens)

Boutique vineyard Red Hill Estate is providing two half dozen wine packs of their chardonnay - wine they've been perfecting for over a decade now.  Combining fruit from both the elevated cooler parts of the vineyard with that from the warmer more northerly regions results in the 2007 Red Hill Estate Chardonnay having a beautiful cool climate smooth creaminess but with a crisp acid finish.

Red Hill Estate is located on the fabulous Mornington Peninsula and includes Max's, the pioneer of winery restaurants, both with spectacular views across the Peninsula and Port Phillip Bay. They've also consistently won awards for their range of wines so you know this chardonnay will be some of the very best from this region.

We tried some very recently and it's positively delicious!

Second prize (two copies)

For the boat or the kitchen, this book will give you great advice and tips on How to Catch Fish and Cook It. Alistair McGlashan covers 50 species and the recipes are varied yet simple. Caring for the catch is also vital to make sure the flavour and texture is retained for the kitchen and this is covered as well as tips on freezing (if you have to), smoking and gravlax.

Whether you're the angler or the chef in the house - or you enjoy both, this book will be a great addition to the library (or the boat!).

Third prize (one copy)

A souffle might not usually be on your BBQ menu, but with a copy of  Peter Howard's BBQ Collection it might just make an appearance. Or you can choose from the myriad of other options Peter Howard has collected over many years extolling the humble BBQ.

Win this book and there'll be no excuse for simple bangers on the BBQ any more - it will be the full three courses or nothing! And of course, you'll have to abide by Peter's laws including the crucial one: always enjoy yourself.

Fourth prize (two copies each with bonus tea pack)

Satisfy your Curiosi-tea and discover a world of joculari-tea, frivoli-tea and flagrant absurdi-tea in an otherwise historically accurate anecdotal account of tea's rich history. And to accompany your trip through Camellia Cha's fascinating tale of tea is a special tea pack from Bianca's Tea and Coffee, a wonderland of all things tea and coffee in Mornington.

Sit back, read a little then take a sip and you're sure to see the why over 20 billion cups are drunk each day around the world.

Fifth prize (one only two book set)

Want to add more fish to your diet? Then this two book set comprising Seafood edited by Keith Austin and Huon's Connoisseur's Guide to Salmon will give you plenty of inspiration. You'll soon be boosting your Omega 3 with seafood salads, Mediterranean or Asian dishes, sensational fresh Tasmanian salmon and much more.
