In the April/May 2016 edition, Australian Traveller magazine published its 100 most incredible experiences including adventure, cultural, unique stays and of course, our favourites, wine and food.

The experiences were compiled by the magazine's travel team with assistance from experts in specific fields. In the case of the following lists, Adam Liaw presents the culinary lists and sommelier Chris Morrison (Guillaume Brahimi) for the wine.
