St Leonards Vineyard is nestled on the banks of the Murray River overlooking the rolling vineyards. It's the perfect spot to relax with a great bottle of wine and good friends. The cellar door has a relaxed atmosphere where you can taste some of the region's best white and red table wines. Fresh, lively whites. Elegant, French style reds, and rich Wahgunyah Shiraz.
The Wine
For over twenty five years St Leonards Vineyard has been well known for producing excellent table wines in a region primarily focussed on fortifieds. Our 'Wahgunyah' range showcases the finest quality handmade wines produces from our vineyards. The range currently features the award winning 'Wahgunyah' Sparkling Shiraz, busty 'Wahgunyah' Chardonnay and cult 'Wahgunyah' Shiraz. These wines are extremely limited and always sell out fast. In the 1980's we planted quirky and interesting varieties such as Dry Orange Muscat and Cabernet Franc, giving visitors and wine club members new and diverse wines to try and buy. We also make a range of alluring blend including the increasingly sort after Shiraz Viogner, a delightfully aromatic Semillon Sauvignon Blanc and the lovely Petit Blanc. Meaning 'little white' in French, this is a refreshing dry white made from classic varieties. Last, but certainly not least, is our ever popular cellar door favourite, the Italian style, St Leonards 'Muscadello'. Our knowledgeable staff enjoy taking visitors through the cellar door list and provide great information on these unusual varieties. We also offer private tastings in our secluded 'Wahgunyah Room', bookings can be made by calling 1800 021 0621

The Family
Eliza, Angela and Nicholas Brown form the fourth-generation wine family who own and run All Saints Estate and St Leonards Vineyard. Eldest sibling Eliza is at the helm as CEO with sister, Angela and brother, Nicholas as board directors. Each brings a wealth of experience gained both in and outside the wine industry. All share the vision of producing outstanding premium table wines and Australia's finest winery experience. They believe that innovation, youthful passion, a healthy respect for traditional wine-making and a talented team of people are the key to delivering that vision. They are honoured to continue the wine-making tradition established by their father Peter R Brown, who passed away in a tragic accident in November 2005.
Visit them as well at All Saints Estate in Wahgunyah.
